1. Acceptance
By using PA Copilot (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What it is — and isn't
PA Copilot is an advisory aid that helps draft and read passenger announcements. It is not a certified electronic flight bag (EFB) or an operational/navigation tool. You remain fully responsible for what you say and for compliance with your airline's procedures and applicable regulations. Generated text and on-device voice are aids only — review before use.
3. Provided "as is"
The App is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexloft is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
4. Your use
Don't misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its content host. The App, its name and artwork are owned by Vexloft; you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
